RuPaul's Drag Race: And May The Best Woman Win!

Whoopsie! I've massively stalled on this one, so I've backdate!

The final episode was a cavalcade of style and fierceness! Every queen came back in their hottest outfits yet

Mama Ru was working a gorgeous wig and silhouette this week. I wasn't feeling it so much, but she knocks out a killer outfit each week, so I'm not going to be mad!

Miley Cyrus was in the audience, she looked like she was having an incredible time!

The queens each performed a lip sync to an original number, I found these pretty poor - Ginger's was the best of the three, Pearl's involved her pulling that ugly face and none of the refinement and beauty that I see, and Violet? Violet is the ugliest MFing lip syncher I've ever seen! Her song was light and teasing and her face screamed that she wanted to eat me!

Ben De La Creme and Michelle Visage took off Ginger and Sasha's terrible catsuit! I just couldn't, it was stunning and perfect considering how much Michelle looks like BenDeLa's auntie!

Our Katya was named as Miss Congeniality, a nice consolation prize for not being in the Final 3, she looked like she was going to shit herself in surprise!

And our final three, in their final outfits. Two of which are honestly a let-down. I expected something more from Ginger and Pearl, and I actually expected less (clothing) from Violet!

Outgoing Queen Bianca Del Rio was stunning with an all over glitter fire golem look!

And so to our winner!

Now, these finales are now filmed in advance and all three endings are done so that it can't leak, since Raja's apparently leaked and all hell broke loose, so I don't feel the reactions were genuine. It bothers me on an emotional level but I do understand why they do it!

And our winner this season was...

COME THROUGH, VIOLET CHACHKI!

Apparently Violet was the only one who got handed the sceptre. Haha!

And so, there was a release of when the Top 3 were watching it live backstage at a club, and the true true reaction? Priceless

I wasn't enthused by the Top Three, but out of these three, Violet truly earned it. Never being in the bottom 2, never putting a coiffed hair or pedicured toenail wrong. 

And so, terminally late here is my final manicure for RuPaul Drag Race Season 7 - Violet Chachki's winners gown!

Oh my goodness! Tomorrow the winner of RuPaul's Drag Race Season 7 will be announced! I've not been this excited about a TV show for a gooood long while!

This week was a RuCap of the previous episodes of the season, with past queens passing judgement!

And so this week I did a manicure based on my favourite outfit of the final three, basing it on Pearl, above:

My second manicure was on the worst outfit of the final three, which was Ginger's Conjoined Twin:

RuPaul's Drag Race: Silence, I've Made My Decision.

Here we go! After this episode we have our final 3 - no more Runways no more Lip Sincs and no more...

... I'll let you see that later!

This week they were to shoot the video for RuPaul's "Born Naked" single.

Dancing was done in the workroom, where Ginger's fears were unfounded as she managed to keep up with the skinny minnies

And then Ru did the played-out Tic-Tac sketch, although she swapped it up with some 'juicing' - lookit that dress though, it's like a gorgeous green holo polish!!

And somehow, as usual, Ru manages to make all the queens cry:

and even Violet managed to look vunerable for 1/2 a second!

Then our queens went out into the Green Screen to dance for Ru's video - TBQH I was sickened by the fact that these blokes can stand in heels and I can't.

And then they had to record a sketch with RuPaul where they were a family at war! Each of them filmed all 3 parts so that they could get the best ones I'm sure - much like Season 5

 And after all this, there was the last Runway of the season! I'm going to order these in my Best to Least favourite for these outfits!

This outfit completely did it for me. Sky-high hair, rainbow flags, sequins, Kennedy did the only thing I've liked from her since the entrance outfit. I adored this! 

Pearl

Flowy, Baby-Pink, Vintage. the only problem I have is that the bustier wasn't believable, because it frequently went off-center and there were no shaded-on boobs.

Ginger

Much like her Elvis Couture, Ginger looks great in white. The problem was she had TOO MUCH bling going on - Earrings, Giant Necklace, Cuffs, Rings - GIRL TAKE ONE THING OFF.

I'm actually tempted to go buy some fringe and make me a dress for this year's work Christmas Party!

Violet

 Violet used trousers in her last ever runway? Risky. I don't like the bra I don't like the heavy necklace, I expected something lilac/violet like her entrance outfit. Disappointing V!

In the end Kennedy was finally asked to Sashay Away and I got my fiercest nails this season out of it. I couldn't be happier with this RuPaulish!!
